University of Washington Oceanography
Research Building New lab facility with twenty-five complex piping systems ranging from chilled water, steam, pure water, compressed air, vacuum, hot water, acid waste and HVAC and stainless steel fume exhaust systems. |

ZymoGenetics Nelson Site
Installation of laboratory systems including medical gases, high purity orbital welded water for injection and clean steam, deionized water, and acid resistant waste piping. Installation of typical building services including sanitary waste and vent, hot and cold water piping, as well as hvac piping services. |

Aberdeen School District: Energy Conservation Services
Installation of new hot water heating system including boiler, convectors, and unit ventilators in two schools. Replace domestic water piping. |

University of Washington Kincaid Hall Seawater
Rooms Cooling System Replacement
Remove existing DX cooling and provide new glycol chillers and unit coolers to condition three seawater aquarium research labs. |

UW Laundry Circulating Water Loop & Expansion
Replace existing fiberglass lines in operational laundry with new 6" copper piping system. All work performed nights and weekends to maintain operational system, and to minimize cost by utilizing existing pipe routing. Installation of new tunnel washer & laundry chute. Install new gas dryers. Install new ducting serving folding machines. |
