University of Washington Boiler 7 Addition
Extension of existing operational power plant structure to house a new
owner furnished 200,000-lb/hr steam boiler. Mechanical installations
include large bore high-pressure steam piping, chilled water pumps and
piping, seismic upgrades and modifications to existing piping systems,
and breaching ductwork. Work requires close coordination with the U
of W power plant staff in order to complete multiple tie-ins to existing
systems. |

University of Washington Utility Tunnel Extension
Project consisted of 1,800 feet of new utilidor and 2,000 feet of
existing utilidor. Utilidor was 65 feet underground with 13,000 feet
of chilled water, steam, condensate and air installed while keeping
existing utilities online.

Boeing Tank Line Modification
Fast-track project that required large amounts of prefabricated stainless
steel pipe and valve assemblies in order to minimize the time spent
in confined-space work area. Piping systems included the dye penetrant
piping, sparge air piping, and penetrant rinse piping that included
installing over 1,800 spray nozzles.

Mechanical contracts for small miscellaneous jobs in 500+ acre, multi-building
production facility.

Advanced Silicon Materials Silane Module Manifolds
All manifolds orbital welded using ½" .049 stainless steel, electro-polished
tubing with 10 RA finish. Manifolds were all x-rayed, helium leak
checked and pressure tested.

existing system. Installation of new pump system and cooling tower.
